CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies apply: Full-Price Clients: I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows (clients who do not show up or fail to notify me) will be billed 100% of the scheduled service price. All appointments can be rescheduled, but the $20 deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment. Emergencies, illness, or inclement weather are exceptions and will not result in charges. Groupon Clients: Groupon vouchers must be redeemed at the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of the Groupon voucher value. No-shows (no call/no show) will be charged 100% of the Groupon voucher value.
